What to expect before your service

When you arrive at work, try to park near the service van. Place your keys in the lock box and sign the key tag, then go about your day. I’ll collect the keys when I arrive and service each vehicle. If you need your car before a certain time, make sure the key tag states the time needed. Otherwise, I will assume that by the end of the workday will be fine.

What to expect after your service

When I complete your service, I’ll send you an email with the inspection sheet and the final invoice. If there were price adjustments made, they will appear on this form and the remainder will need to be paid.
After receiving your e-mail, you may come down and inspect your vehicle for damage. I don’t expect to cause any damage, but some folks like to have a look and that’s fine by me. Please read the disclaimers. If there has been damage of any sort, I will send you a photo attached to your email, and we will get together and discuss repairs. I have insurance, and I’m honest.
